Who we are
Clare O'Keeffe has a B.A. in Economics & Sociology, a diploma in Rural Isolation and Counselling skills and a diploma in Social and Community Studies. She is a third generation dairy farmer on her home farm. Clare worked as an Agricultural Development Officer with a Rural Development Organisation from 2005-2007.
In 2006 Clare was awarded a Nuffield Scholarship to study 'Succession on Family Farms, a Global Perspective'. Her research included travelling to and observing succession practices in Argentina, Australia, Brazil, China, Canada, Holland and U.K...Clare trained as a succession facilitator and planner under the guidance of Lyn Sykes. Clare is a certified mediator and a member of The Mediators' Institute of Ireland (MII).

Breda O'Carroll-Lankford, MIACP is a relationship counsellor and a Director of Lankford Counselling Services, Cork, which was established in 1998. She worked for the EU institutions for 25 years and is a fluent French and German speaker. Breda has also trained as a collaborative law practitioner and sits on the Committee of the Association of Collaborative Law Practitioners.
Breda trained as a succession facilitator and planner under the guidance of Lyn Sykes. She is currently a team member of Succession Ireland.

Sian Bushell MBA has worked as a Family Business Meeting Facilitator throughout the UK and Ireland since June 2006. She was trained by Australian succession expert Lyn Sykes and now also works with Lyn to train other facilitators in the UK and Ireland.
A farmer's daughter, Sian was a dairy farmer for over 25 years. She has twice been a speaker at the Positive Farmers Conference in Ireland. Sian lives in West Wales.
